The other day I was at a prayer meeting at a friend's house. As I prepared to leave, I put only one of my shoes on as the other one was on the front porch. The ladies wanted to pray for me before I left, so I sat with one shoe on while they prayed for me. I knew the Lord was trying to show me something through this, and I had a feeling it had to do with the armor of God.

Frankincense and Myrrh

Frankincense and myrrh – gifts given to My Son. In this world you will have trouble, but take heart, I have overcome the world. Gold? Why was not gold given alone? Gold by itself will ruin a man. Gold given with frankincense and myrrh will be handled properly. The love of money is the root of all evil. I knew Mary and Joseph needed monetary provision to raise a son, so gold was given.

Emancipation

Preponderant evidence is substantial proof. Freed from sin and its effects, she continues on as if it were not so and remains bound and tethered. Her condition continually worsens as she wallows in sin causing the thick cords to wrap tighter and tighter around her. Emancipated, yet living in slavery. Sin reigns as her master and continually allures her to further entrapment.

Deep Within

Reluctance is the framework of the invisible sordid structure that stands in opposition to Kingdom principles. The flesh, the old degenerate way of this present world is a house that will be burnt as the grass. This house is framed with reluctance. The house continually grows as obedience is deferred and reluctance is practiced. The house of the flesh is of no profit.
